Years at St. Mary's: This is my second year in this position, but I came to St. Mary’s in 2016 to enhance the basketball program as an assistant coach, helping the team win the Manhattan Cup and reach the State Championship.
Years of Experience: I bring decades of experience coaching basketball and football at the professional, collegiate, and high school levels with him to St. Mary’s.
Where Have you Worked Prior to Coming to SMH: I have worked for the Buffalo Bills, the AFL’s Buffalo Destroyers, and Buffalo State College’s football program in a myriad of roles. On a high school level, I spent several years at Depew High School, coaching football, basketball, and baseball before spending another 10 years at Williamsville South High School. I coached both the football and basketball programs to sectional and conference championships. I then moved onto Hamburg High School before finding my way to St. Mary's. Currently, I also own and operate RMG Tennis Professional Business, where I train and coach NCAA players and am the lead assistant for X-Gen Basketball.
Hometown: I reside in East Amherst, NY.
Accolades: 3-year St. Bonaventure Basketball player and one year coaching intern under Jim Barron; sectional and conference champion with several area high school teams
Fun Facts: I have a lovely wife, Juliane, and three beautiful children: Lyla, Anthony & Roma.
I also was schoolmates with St. Mary’s Head of School, Kevin Kelleher, at St. Bonaventure University in the early 1990s.
